Organic Hair, Bond Repair & Scalp Treatments

NATULIQUE bond repair for damaged hair, plus conditioning and scalp treatments for hair that has stopped behaving.

When conditioning is not enough

Most people book a treatment because their hair has stopped doing what it used to. It will not hold a style, the ends feel rough no matter what they put on them, or colour has started sliding straight back out within a fortnight.

Where the damage is structural, after years of lightening, straightening or heat, conditioning alone will not fix it, because the bonds inside the hair have broken and no amount of moisture rebuilds those. That is what the NATULIQUE BioActive Bond Repair system is for: a three-step salon treatment built on a patented, plant-based complex that works into the cortex and forms new bonds, rather than coating the outside of the hair and calling it repaired.

Everything else is condition, and condition is fixable. A treatment here does in twenty minutes what a home mask does over a month, because we can use heat, weight and concentration you cannot get at home. Scalps get the same attention. Flaking, itching and tightness are common, rarely talked about, and a targeted scalp treatment plus low-tox product resolves a good deal of it.

What's involved

The variations we offer within organic hair treatments, and what each one is for.

NATULIQUE bond repair

The three-step BioActive system, for hair lightened, straightened or heat-styled past the point of bouncing back. Rebuilds bonds inside the cortex rather than smoothing the outside. NATULIQUE put it at up to three times stronger after a single treatment.

Deep conditioning

Moisture back into dry, brittle or sun-worn hair. The one to add to a colour appointment through summer.

Scalp treatment

For flaking, itching or oiliness. Calms the scalp and clears the build-up that most conventional shampoos leave behind.

Colour-lock treatment

Applied after colour to close the cuticle and hold the tone in. The difference between colour lasting three weeks and lasting six.

NATULIQUE BioActive Bond Repair worked through the lengths

Rebuilt, not coated

A lot of conditioning products work by coating the hair in silicone. Your hair feels wonderful walking out and it is genuinely no stronger than when you walked in. The coating just fills the gaps temporarily, then builds up until the hair goes limp and stops taking colour evenly.

The NATULIQUE bond repair complex is the opposite approach. It is made of micro-molecules small enough to travel into the keratin cortex and form new bonds there, so the strength you gain is structural rather than cosmetic. It is plant-based, vegan and made with certified organic ingredients, which is not something most bond treatments on the market can say.

Davines and Pure cover the conditioning side alongside it, working into the hair rather than sitting on it. If your hair has gone flat and heavy and nothing seems to fix it, silicone build-up is the first thing we would look at.

How we work

How the appointment runs

So you know what you are walking into, and roughly how long to allow.

  1. Assessment

We look at the hair wet and dry. Damage, dryness and build-up feel similar to you and need completely different treatments.

  2. Application

Treatment matched to what we found, worked through the sections that need it rather than the whole head by default.

  3. Processing

Heat and time, usually fifteen to twenty minutes. Organic coffee or a herbal tea while you wait.

  4. Home plan

What to use, how often, and when to come back, with the honest answer if the real fix is a haircut rather than a bottle.

Organic Hair Treatments questions

The things people ask us most about this service.

What is bond repair, and do I need it?

Colouring, lightening and heat all break bonds inside the hair. That is the damage you feel as roughness, breakage and hair that will not hold a style. Bond repair rebuilds those bonds rather than smoothing over them. If you lighten, straighten or use heat regularly, it is worth doing; if your hair is simply dry, a conditioning treatment is the cheaper and better answer. We will tell you which you are at assessment.

Can a treatment fix split ends?

No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. A split end can be temporarily smoothed but the only fix is cutting it off. What a treatment does is stop new ones forming as quickly.

How long does a treatment take?

Twenty to thirty minutes on its own. Added onto a colour or cut appointment it usually costs you no extra chair time at all, since it goes on while you are already processing.

How often should I have one?

Every colour appointment if you lighten your hair, every second or third otherwise. Through summer, more: sun and salt water undo a lot.

I have a flaky, itchy scalp. Can you help?

Often, yes. It is frequently a reaction to something in conventional shampoo or colour, and moving to low-tox products plus a scalp treatment clears it up. If it looks like a medical condition rather than a product one, we will say so and point you to a GP.
